These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and South West Metallurgical Services ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the swmet.com website.
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SWMS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Note: Technical specifications, CAD schematics, and performance data regarding spiral concentrators (LM, MM, GPX series) remain the sole intellectual property of SWMS.
We strive to ensure that the technical information regarding our products is accurate. However, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information. Product specifications are subject to change without notice due to our policy of continuous engineering improvement.
These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of England and Wales. South West Metallurgical Services and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
